There is a convenience fee charged for using the E-Pay system. See the Convenience Fee Schedule.

The fee is not charged or collected by the Illinois State Library or Lincoln Trail Libraries System.

Helpful Hints

For best results, use Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape 6.0 or higher.

When reprinting Invoices it may be necessary to reset your margins to allow the invoice to print correctly.  To do this go to File, Page setup and try setting all the margins to .5.

If you encounter problems switching between accounts, try using the Refresh button.  If this fix doesn't correct the problem, you may want to have your IT person change your caching option in your browser.
